Sanitary measures 2021-2022

With the upcoming ski season just around the corner, here is an important update following the government's announcements regarding health measures for ski areas. In order to guarantee a safe environment for guests and mountain staff, activities on the mountain will only be accessible to fully vaccinated guests.

Vaccine Passport

Vaccination passports will be required for all guests 13 years of age and older that use the ski lifts and the mountain. This means that season ticket holders, day ticket holders, combo ticket holders, visitors on foot using the lifts or visitors participating in sledding activities, or just visitors of the mountain wanting to use our facilities will be required to show proof of vaccination. Please visit the page Procedure Confirmation of vaccination passport.

We look forward to seeing you back in the chalet this season. The food court, dining room, bar, cafeteria and meeting/remote workspaces will be open to those who have their vaccine passport. Regardless of whether the food is purchased for indoor or outdoor consumption.

Only Le Massif ticket or pass holders will have access to the mountain as well as to the various services and facilities (chalets, bars, restaurants, shop, rentals and repair shop).

Lift Capacity

Ski lifts can now be used at full capacity. However, all users will be required  to wear face coverings in the lifts.

Passes and combos

The recent announcements allow us to ease the measures, especially in the lifts, which will therefore allow us to put a limited number of individual passes and combos on sale.  More information to come. However, please note that in order to ensure comfort and optimize everyone’s experience, we are still going to limit the number of guests on the mountain per day.

Mountain Operations

This season, things will get back to normal at the mountain. We are able to offer our guests all our services and facilities such as the snow school, the competition clubs, the shop, rentals and repairs, the restaurant and bar areas, the lockers and the remote workspaces. However, we will have to ensure the respect of basic health measure in order to maintain our operations. We thank you in advance for your collaboration and we look forward to seeing you on the slopes. Le Massif de Charlevoix promises you an exceptional winter season, surrounded by raw and wild natural landscapes that will allow you to get away from it all.
