The holder declares that Le Massif S.E.C. has properly explained the operation of the rented equipment and that he/she understands its mode of operation and use. The renter also understands that skiing/snowboarding/mountain biking is a risky sport and acknowledges having been duly informed of the inherent risks of engaging in this sport. The holder also accepts all risks of death or injury that may occur while using the helmet, including risks that may result from the use of the helmet itself. The holder also agrees to notify Le Massif S.E.C. if the helmet is damaged or involved in an incident or collision while it is in his/her possession.

-
Specifically, and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, in the event that the holder uses a helmet provided for rent by Le Massif S.E.C., he/she releases Le Massif S.E.C., its agents, representatives, agents, and employees from any liability for property damage and bodily injury caused to him/her resulting from the use of such rented helmet and assumes full and complete responsibility in this regard for any damage or injury.
