Day tickets, multi-day tickets and season passes

How do I purchase a day ticket for children 6 and under?

You can create a profile for your child directly in your account. It is also possible to purchase the ticket directly on site at our ticket office.

Can I buy a day ticket online with a gift card?

Unfortunately, the gift card can only be used to purchase tickets on site. You must therefore go directly to the ticket office to purchase your day ticket. However, if you purchase a day ticket with a gift card, you do not need to reserve your spot in advance.

What is your refund policy for the day ticket?

Day tickets are non-refundable. However, it is possible to change your ticket to a later date but this must be done before the date of your reservation as they cannot be changed after that. To change a ticket, please contact Customer service at info@lemassif.com/1-877-536-2774, ext. 4043.

Do military or season pass holders from other resorts receive a discount when purchasing a day ticket?

Unfortunately, we do not offer discounts to military or season pass holders from other ski resorts. However, pass holders from Mountain Collective and Mont Grand-Fond ski for free from January 6 to 31, 2023

Can I buy a ticket by phone?

All tickets must be purchased via our online store.

Is it mandatory to enter my weight, height, shoe size and to upload a profile picture for each ticket?

The profile picture is the only thing that is mandatory. Weight, height and shoe size are only required for summer bike rentals.

Do I have to create a profile for each person?

Yes, you must do so in order to complete your transaction. A profile must be created for each guest as you are the sole owner of your ticket and this allows us to identify you as such.

The payment for my transaction does not appear to have been completed or appears to have been duplicated. What should I do?

Please ensure that the information in your Le Massif account is the same as the one shown in the bank account used for your transaction (name and address including accents and punctuation). If the information is correct, please contact our Customer service at info@lemassif.com/1-877-536-2774, ext. 4043.

Is it mandatory to buy or reserve my ski ticket in advance?

We strongly recommend that you book your day and half-day tickets in advance as we limit the number of tickets issued per day in order to create the best guest experience on the slopes and at our various facilities. However, every day, starting at noon, it is possible to go to the ticket office to purchase half-day tickets.

Can I change the date of my ski activity or season pass?

Day tickets can be changed to a later date but this must be done before the date of your reservation as they cannot be changed after that. To change a ticket, please contact Customer service at info@lemassif.com/1-877-536-2774, ext. 4043. Please note, however, that season pass sales are final.

Is it possible to get a refund on a ski or sledding ticket or season pass?

Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable. However, daily ski tickets can be changed to a later date but this must be done before the date of your reservation as they cannot be changed after that. To change a ticket, please contact Customer service at info@lemassif.com/1-877-536-2774 ext. 4043. All sales of sledding tickets and season passes are final.

How do I pick up tickets purchased online? Can I pick them up in advance?

To pick up your day ticket, you must present yourself at the ticket office and give your name. You can pick up your ticket in advance, but it will only be valid on the date you booked.

Is it possible to buy tickets on site?

We strongly recommend that you book your day and half-day tickets in advance as we limit the number of tickets issued per day in order to create the best guest experience on the slopes and at our various facilities. However, every day, starting at noon, it is possible to go to the ticket office to purchase half-day tickets. Identification may be required so, please bring your confirmation with the barcode. 

Do we need to book our spot on the mountain if we purchase a combo multi-day package?

With this multi-day package, you do not need to make a reservation.

Does my card from previous years still work?

Yes, your card is valid for four seasons, so please keep it and recharge it directly in our online store.

Do I get a discount if I have a season pass from another resort?

Unfortunately, we do not offer discounts to season pass holders from other ski resorts. However, pass holders from Mountain Collective and Mont Grand-Fond ski for free from January 6 to 31, 2023..

Do children 6 and under need a ticket?

Yes, although children 6 and under can enjoy free admission, a ticket is still required.

Le Massif de Charlevoix does not offer night skiing.

Sledding

Do I need to upload a profile picture to complete my transaction?

It is necessary to upload a photo to complete your transaction. Your ticket is valid for future visits and your photo allows us to identify you.

What does “spots desired” and “quantity” mean when booking a sledding activity in the online store?

The “spots desired” option allows you to see the number of departures available for a given number of people to speed up your search in the calendar. For example, you can enter the number 10 in “spots desired” and the number of departures available for 10 people will automatically appear in the calendar. The “quantity” option must be used to book the number of spaces needed for your reservation.

Do I have to buy or book in advance a departure time for sledding?

Yes, you must book your departure time in advance. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to go sledding if you have not booked your spot.

Can I change the date of my sledding activity?

All sales of sledding tickets are final. It is therefore not possible to exchange them or to get a refund.

Is it possible to get a refund for a sledding ticket?

Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable.

What is cat ski sledding?

For this activity, you are transported to the start of the 7.5 km sledding run in a 36-passenger snow cat. Once you reach the top, you sled down to the base of the mountain.

What is the difference between the cat-ski and snowshoe sledding activity?

For the cat-skiing option, you are transported in a 36-passenger snow cat to the start of the 7.5 km sledding run. If you choose snowshoeing, you will hike up a 3 km trail to the top of the sledding run and will be accompanied by a guide.

Do I have to snowshoe up the entire mountain?

The snowshoeing ascent to the start of the sledding run is 3 km long with a 60 meter ascent.

Is it possible to do several runs during the sledding activity?

The purchase of a sledding ticket is for one run. If you wish to go down twice, you must reserve two separate departures when you purchase your ticket online.

How long does the sledding with cat ski activity last?

Two hours. This includes instructions received at the reception desk, transportation to the start of the run by snow cat, the descent, the stop at the refuge halfway down the run and the gondola ride.

How long is the sledding + snowshoeing activity?

Three hours. This includes instructions received at the reception desk, the 3 km snowshoe hike, the descent, the stop at the refuge halfway down the run and the gondola ride.

Is it possible to be put on a waiting list for the sledding?

Unfortunately, there are no waiting lists.

Can I use my gift card to book a sledding departure in the online store?

If you wish to purchase a sledding departure with your gift card, you must contact Customer service at info@lemassif.com/1-877-536-2774, ext. 4043.

Can I use my gift card in the online store?

Unfortunately, gift cards can only be used to make purchases on site.

Can I use my gift card to book a sledding activity?

If you wish to purchase a sledding activity with your gift card, you must contact Customer service at info@lemassif.com/1-877-536-2774 ext. 4019.

Groups and businesses

Do you have group or family rates?

To receive a group rate, a minimum of 20 people is required. We invite you to contact our sales department to book your visit (ventes@lemassif.com). To get a family rate, you must purchase a couple or family season pass.
