You can also reserve your 2023 model this summer and rent it until the deposit is fully paid*, before taking possession this fall. As a bonus, you'll receive free trail access for one day!
*A non-refundable deposit of $500 will be required.
Rental services
Reserve your bike in advance through our online reservation system. If bikes are still available on our site, you can also rent them directly at the shop. We offer a variety of Rocky Mountain bikes and sizes for the whole family.
Bike park tickets and protective gear, which is mandatory in our park, are not included in bike rental fees.

Upon arrival at Le Massif de Charlevoix, pick up your bike rental at the Summit Rental Centre.
Please note that bike rentals are only available during scheduled days of operation and should only be used on our bike trails.

If canceled 7 days or more before the rental date, a full refund will be issued.

If canceled between 2–6 days before the rental date, a Le Massif gift card will be issued for the value of the bike rental.

Purchasing Day Tickets
To maximize your day on the mountain and reduce your wait time at the resort, please follow these steps to purchase your day tickets online:

On the first day of your visit, pick up your tickets from our outdoor ticket window, and you’re good to go!
Returning guest?
Skip the ticket line altogether and head straight to the lift with your existing pass. Whether it’s for a day ticket or season pass, your pass can be used from year to year, season to season. It is directly linked to your account and can be reloaded with any ticket/pass product purchased on our online store.
**We kindly ask that you dispose of your old tickets and place your RFID ticket in its own pocket. This will ensure swift entry through the gates. Credit cards, gum wrappers, and other items will interfere with your RFID ticket.** Not transferable. Non refundable. Expires October 2021.
