Arrival and Departure Schedule:

Check-in is self-service starting at 5:00 p.m.
You must vacate your unit by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Upon arrival, a security deposit of $1,000 will be charged to your credit card. This amount will be released 48 hours after your departure, following the inspection of the unit.

Reception hours:
Sunday to Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Friday and Saturday: 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Please note that the reception is closed on Sundays from April 27 to June 15 and from October 19 to November 23.

Emergency situations
We remind you to contact 911 to report any complaints related to prohibited noise, if necessary.

During reception hours, or in the event of any of the following situations:

• Main entrance door access issue
• Lost key outside reception hours (a minimum fee of $150 will be charged for an agent’s visit)
• Water supply issue
• Electrical issue
• Sewer backup issue

Departure instructions:

Please ensure that all doors and windows are locked when leaving the unit.

We kindly ask that you leave the unit in the same condition as when you arrived. Additional charges may apply following the departure inspection.

The ONEKA personal care products provided during your stay must remain in the unit. If these eco-friendly products are missing after your departure, additional charges will apply.

Please remember to take out your garbage and wash your dishes at the end of your stay; these tasks are mandatory.
Failure to comply will result in a fee of $75 plus taxes.

Garbage: The waste container is located at the exit of Rue du Minot-de-Pommes on the right.
Recycling: The recycling container is located at the exit of Rue du Minot-de-Pommes on the right.
