"Opening Camp Boule buvette de montagne is a very special experience. I have the opportunity to offer a unique experience in the Charlevoix region, whether it be the menu or the location, situated in the mountains, in the middle of nature with a breathtaking view of the river. No one will leave indifferent. David Forbes, Executive Chef of the buvette de montagne.
Inspired by alpine restaurants, Camp Boule buvette de montagne will offer a lunch menu, an aperitif menu and an evening menu. From Arctic char, to roasted halibut, to grilled chicken in crapaudine, to grilled duck, to smoked mussels, the menu elaborated by David Forbes, will satisfy the most demanding gourmets.
"The arrival of this new mountain restaurant is a concrete demonstration of our desire to create a distinctive and annual program to satisfy each of Le Massif's local and regional tourist clientele. This new offering will raise the profile of the entire region by highlighting local flavours and producers. Nicolas Racine, Vice-President and Executive General Manager, Groupe Le Massif.
The location of the Camp Boule buvette de montagne restaurant will make many people dream. It will offer one of the most beautiful views of the St. Lawrence River, surrounded by coniferous forests directly from the top of the mountain. The chalet, accessible by car year round, by hiking or alpine skiing in winter, has been modernized while keeping its original character. It will be a unique place to enjoy a meal with friends and family, open to all.
