Frequently Asked Questions

We are very pleased to announce that the mountain will officially reopen as of January 24, 2026.

It is with great enthusiasm that we resume our activities and finally welcome back our snow sports enthusiasts, in a positive and unifying spirit. Our entire team is mobilized to offer you a safe, enjoyable experience that lives up to the reputation of our mountain.

We would like to sincerely thank our community for its patience, understanding, and support throughout this period. Your commitment and passion for the mountain are at the heart of our motivation.

1. Access and Hours

Regular mountain operations will resume as of January 24, 2026.

2. Ski Tickets

Is my season pass affected?
Your season pass remains valid for the 2025–2026 season. We will follow up with our pass holders over the next 14 days.

Are my multi-day passes affected?
Your multi-day passes remain valid for the 2025–2026 season.

Are my daily tickets or consecutive multi-day tickets affected?
Daily tickets and consecutive multi-day tickets will be refunded for each day that coincided with a day when the ski area was closed during the strike, up to and including January 23, 2026.

What about the reciprocity agreement with Mont Grand-Fonds?
Mont Grand-Fonds has unilaterally terminated the reciprocity agreement that allowed passholders to ski free at both resorts during the month of January. The distribution of stickers is therefore suspended.

3. Mountain Activities, Services, and Dining

Is my registration for the snow school maintained?
Private lessons will resume as of January 24, 2026.
The start of seasonal programs has been postponed to January 31, 2026.

Will my tubing reservations be honored?
Sledding tickets whose validity dates coincide with the strike period, up to January 22, 2026, as well as the subsequent days until activities resume, will be refunded.
The regular operations of the sledding activity will resume on January 29.

What about my reservation at the Camp-Boule restaurant?
Regular operations will resume as of January 24, 2026, according to the usual schedule.

What about mountain services?
The various mountain services — workshop, shop, rentals, cafeteria, and bar — will be available as of January 24, 2026.

4. Lodging

Is my lodging reservation guaranteed?
Lodging accommodations are separate entities from Le Massif de Charlevoix and were not affected by the strike action.
For stays between January 19 and 23, 2026, if you have any questions, please complete the  request form.

5. Groups, Events, and Partners

What is the impact on my group or organized tour?
All group reservations are valid as of January 24, 2026.

6. Lockers, Parking, and Personal Belongings

Can I retrieve my skis and personal belongings from my locker?
Regular operations resume on January 24, 2026.
However, the Summit Chalet will be accessible on January 23, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., to allow access to lockers.
The Base Chalet will be open as of January 24, 2026.

7. Gift Cards

What happens with my gift cards?
Gift cards remain valid and may be used at any time, depending on service availability.
