Pass pickup & activation

After your purchase, visit the Massif ticket office during your first visit.

Bring your primary residence ID with photo to collect or activate your Pass.

If you already have a Massif card, you must also present your proof of residence to activate your new Pass.

Advice: access card
Keep your access card for each of your visits to Le Massif. Your passes and tickets will be automatically added to it.
In case of loss, theft, or forgetting your card, please visit Guest Services. A $10 fee will apply for a replacement card.
