Supervisor : Director, store, rental and repair

Your future responsibilities

- Diagnose the defect of the bicycle equipment;

- Carry out the work required to replace or repair defective parts;

- Carry out the work required for the maintenance or installation of various bicycle parts;

- Be familiar with the various bicycle repair processes; 

- Maintain and repair the rental bike fleet; 

- Ask customers about the repairs they want to make and adjust or repair the equipment;

- Educate customers on the use and maintenance of items

- Demonstrate the item by listing its various qualities and offer a choice to customers;

- Assign each repair to a customer record in the computer system and detail the work performed;

- Operate a cash register and perform all tasks related to this operation.    

Your skills and assets

- High school diploma or in the process of obtaining it;

- 1 year of relevant experience (an asset);

- Knowledge of bicycle equipment;

- French (spoken and written);

- Intermediate English;

- Ability to analyze and solve problems;

- Manual dexterity;

- Sense of observation; 

- Excellent customer service skills;

- Ability to communicate effectively;

- Ability to adapt and work under pressure.
