Tips for enjoying the holiday season at Le Massif

With the holiday season just around the corner, we offer these tips to ensure you have the most enjoyable time at the mountain.

1. Book your tickets in advance

In order to offer you the best possible experience on-mountain and at our various service points, we limit the number of ski tickets issued on a daily basis and may stop selling them without notice.

Book your tickets in advance to guarantee your mountain access  and get 10% off when you book before 11:59 p.m. the day prior to your visit!

2. Create your profile before arriving

Even before heading to the mountain, make sure to complete your guest profile with all the required details. You'll expedite ticket retrieval through self-service kiosks, allowing you to hit the slopes for your first descent without delay.

Psst: keep your card and reload it in anticipation of your next visit!

3. Navigate the mountain like pros

Unlike most ski resorts, you can access Le Massif de Charlevoix from either the mountain base or the summit. There, you will find parking, including spaces for electric vehicles with charging stations. Head to the lodge to get ready. You'll find lockers and a full range of services to make your visit a pleasant experience: guest services, cafeteria, pubs, and more. For rentals and the shop, visit the summit lodge. Feel free to approach our team with any questions!

2.Get here early for the first tracks

Get on the road a little early, have a good cup of coffee and be ready when the slopes open for great skiing conditions as soon as the banners falls.

3. Plan your lunch hour

Avoid the peak periods in our dining services by scheduling your lunch time a little before or after noon. This will also maximize your mountain experience.

4. Eat at one of our three chalets

Beyond the summit mountain cafeteria, offering a wide selection of meals for everyone, spaces are available at the base chalet if you bring your own lunch. The Camp Boule restaurant also offers a gourmet menu for skiers and snowboarders, with an unparalleled view of the St. Lawrence River.

5. Rent your equipment in advance

Visit the rental desk the day before your visit, between 2:00 and 3:00 p.m., or stop by between 8:00 and 9:30 a.m. on the day of your visit to make sure the equipment you want to rent is available.

6. Smile, you are at the mountain!

Take the time to breathe in the fresh air, gaze into the distance, play outdoors, and appreciate every moment; time passes by so quickly... and feel free to share your memories by using the hashtag #lemassif!

The quality of your experience is our priority! We take pride in serving you up to your expectations, and your smiles are contagious.
