Job description

  • Provide information on the activities and services offered at the mountain and direct customers;
  • Operate a cash register and perform all tasks related to this operation;
  • Answer the telephone, screen calls, take messages and forward them to the appropriate person;      
  • Answer the phone, screen calls, take messages and forward them to the appropriate people; Take requests for complaints, manage them to the best of his/her knowledge or forward them to his/her immediate superior;
  • Answer emails received at the email address "info@lemassif.com" and redistribute them to the appropriate people;
  • Sell tickets and packages to customers by explaining the different promotions;
  • All other related tasks.

Your skills and assets


  • 1 year customer service experience;
  • Basic knowledge of the Office Suite;
  • Advanced level of English;
  • Sense of responsibility;
  • Ability to adapt and work under pressure;
  • Ability to communicate effectively;
  • Excellent customer service skills.
