Guaranteed season program

GUARANTEED SEASON PROGRAM

This program is intended for customers who purchased their 2020-2021 season pass before October 31, 2020.


The "guaranteed season" option will be offered free of charge with any purchase of a 2020-21 season pass, purchased either during the presale or by October 31, 2020 at the latest.

This option allows you to:

  1. Postpone the use of the subscription to the 2021-2022 season at no additional cost at the 2020-2021 rate.

  2. Obtain a full refund of a subscription if required, under the applicable rules of the CPO (Consumer Protection Office).


Season postponement conditions:

  • The request for a postponement of use of the subscription to the following season, or for a refund of the subscription must be made before the "guaranteed season" deadline, which is December 19, 2020.
  • The season ticket must not have been used for any day of skiing.
  • Valid for all types of subscription

 


Interruption of the season associated with a return of the COVID-19 pandemic

In the event of a station shutdown or interruption of service caused by a government order, here are the procedures for reimbursement or application of a credit.


In the event of a temporary interruption, the compensation would be processed at the end of the season, while applying the pro rata of the number of days the resort is open or the actual use of the subscription. Note that the compensation process would be initiated upon confirmation of a permanent and final closure if the interruption is associated with such a scenario.

The refund or credit will be calculated on the number of days of use of the subscription.

* All cancellations are at the discretion and approval of Le Massif s.e.c. within 30 days of receipt of the request and the latter reserves the right to modify this policy at any time during the season.
