COVID-19 update -  April 21, 2020 -

Dear Customer,

In these difficult times we were absent for a moment without ever having stopped thinking about you. We had to pause our spring presale because the time was certainly wrong, but we also had to review certain elements to adapt and assess the situation. Here are our most recent updates.

2020-2021 SEASON PASSES

Don't worry, the pricing for all of our 2020-2021 season passes announced in March of the spring presale will be renewed soon.

Stay tuned for our social media posts

2019-2020 SEASON PASSES

There will be no refunds or financial compensation for 2019-2020 season passes. These subscriptions were only valid during the 2019-2020 season and the season is now over by virtue of a government order. The length of a ski season can always vary. We are not responsible for weather conditions, and we cannot guarantee the period of operation. We are facing a situation of force majeure. Season pass holders have had access to the Massif for a sufficiently long period of the current season.

SKI TICKETS

Anyone who has ski tickets purchased at regular prices valid during the 2019-2020 season may exceptionally use them during the 2020-2021 season. No refund will be issued since the ticket is still available for next season.

PRIVILEGE CARD AND TICKETS PURCHASED THROUGH SOCIAL CLUB

Anyone in possession of valid refills of their privilege card membership for the 2019-2020 season will be able to use them for the 2020-2021 season without any additional membership or reactivation fees.

SKI-QUÉBEC CHARLEVOIX TICKETS

For all ticket holders purchased through the Ski Québec-Charlevoix program, please contact them directly with any questions at 1 800 463 1568.

TICKETS PURCHASED THROUGH A RESELLER

For any ticket purchased through a reseller, such as Costco, La Forfaiterie, Air Miles, the Canadian Ski Council, please contact them with any questions.

EQUIPMENT IN LOCKERS

Holders are also asked not to come to the sites to pick up stored ski equipment. The same goes for fans who have had equipment rental for the season. The ski chalets are closed until further notice.

RESERVATIONS MOUNTAIN ACTIVITIES

Regarding reservations for mountain activities such as tobogganing, tele-riding and snow school, Le Massif will contact you in order to offer you either a postponement or a full refund of the activity as soon as we return to operation.
