Procedure Vaccine Passport

Following the government's announcements concerning the health measures that will be implemented in ski resorts, we now require the vaccine passport for all visitors to the mountain aged 13 years and older. Whether you are a season pass holder, a combo pass holder, a day pass holder, or just a visitor at the mountain, you will need to show a proof of vaccination.

Important

Your Le Massif de Charlevoix access card, pass or combo will not be activated until we have confirmed your proof of vaccination.

3 ways to provide proof of vaccination

1. Directly at Le Massif before the ski season

Validation of the vaccine passport in person at the mountain before  December 3rd
Highly recommended

Starting November 8, you can come validate your passport to avoid the lines at the beginning of the ski season. This will be possible Monday to Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., starting Monday, at to the Guest Services Department inside the Summit Chalet. Please have your vaccine passport and a proof of ID ready. A customer service agent will be present to validate your vaccine passport and add it to your file. If you have a family or couple pass, each member needs to be present to validate their vaccine passport.

Once your passport is validated, your pass will be activated for the whole season.

2.  By videoconference

Validation of the vaccine passport via videoconference
Recommended

To have your proof of vaccination validated via videoconference, send your request to the following email address: passeport@lemassif.com . A customer service agent will then contact you. When making your request, please specify:

  • Your name
  • The choice of video conferencing software (either Zoom or Teams)
  • The number of people that need their passports validated (in case of a family or couple pass)
  • A choice of time slots between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday to Sunday.

A customer service agent will contact you to confirm an appointment. When you call via videoconference, please have your ID (driver's license or health insurance) and proof of vaccination ready. Make sure that everyone that needs to have their vaccine passports validated is present with you.

Once your passport is validated, your pass will be activated for the whole season.

3. Directly at Le Massif on your first ski day

Validation of the vaccine passport in person at the mountain after December 3rd

On your first visit at the mountain, go to the outdoor ticket office to validate your vaccine passport. Have your ID (driver's license or health insurance card) and your vaccine passport ready. If you choose this option, please be patient, you will have to wait in line before going to enjoy the slopes and the chances are high that the waiting lines will be long.

Remember: once your passport is validated, your pass will be activated for the whole season.

Reimbursement

All season pass holders or combo pass holders wishing to postpone their passes until the following year or to receive a refund must send their request before November 28 to the following email address: info@lemassif.com or by phone at 418-632-5876. A customer service agent will contact you.

Important

Only Le Massif ticket or pass holders will have access to the mountain as well as to the various services and facilities (chalets, bars, restaurants, shop, rentals and repair shop).

Fraudulent claims will result in the loss of access to the ski area facilities for the season.
If you contract COVID during the ski season, you must notify us and stay home until you have fully recovered.
