Le Massif de Charlevoix temporarily suspends winter operations following the announcement of Quebec Premier, François Legault, starting march 15, 2020.
We care about the well-being and safety of our customers and our employees. The situation in Quebec has evolved quickly in the past 72 hours. We support the measures of the Government and we support the decision of the Association of ski resorts.
We collaborated daily with the Association of ski resorts of Quebec (ASSQ) who remained in constant contact with representatives of the Direction of Public Health of Quebec, the Ministry of Tourism, the Industry Alliance, this which made it possible to adapt the station's operations according to the directives issued to date.
The mountain services will all be stopped temporarily including sledding and off-piste. Only customer service will remain available to answer your questions. Accommodation units on the Massif site are not affected by the Government measure, so customers can continue to rent them.
Several measures remain to be established depending on the duration of the suspension issued by the Government. We anticipate a large number of calls and emails to customer services and we ask everyone to be patient in following up on different requests and questions. We invite you to follow the development of the situation through announcements made on our social networks or website.
Thank you for your cooperation and your understanding,
The management of Le Massif
