Job description

  • Help customers, if needed, to complete the computerized equipment rental form;
  • Advise customers on the type of equipment to rent, depending on their level of skiing; 
  • Adjust and hand the equipment to the customer;    
  • Explain the process of returning equipment according to the company's policy;
  • Take the equipment back from customers and thoroughly inspect it;
  • Operate a cash register and perform all tasks related to its operation;
  • Ensure that the rental merchandise is available in the display racks;
  • The above duties are not restrictive; other related duties consistent with this job description or within his/her capabilities may be assigned as needed.

Your skills and assets 

  • 1 year experience in sales or customer service;
  • Knowledge of ski equipment (asset);
  • Basic knowledge of the Office Suite;
  • Intermediate to advanced level of English;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Ability to communicate effectively;
  • Good observation skills;
  • Ability to adapt and work under pressure.
