Job description


  • Identify and resolve gate access issues;
  • Open the gates remotely when necessary;
  • Follow up with the lift attendants when there is an access problem (RFID card);
  • Resolve all problems related to the programming of RFID cards;
  • Fill out the records related to access control and ticket replacement;
  • Refer customers to the appropriate services as needed;
  • The above duties are not restrictive; other related duties consistent with this job description or within his/her capabilities may be assigned as needed.

Your skills and assets


  • 1 year customer service experience;
  • Knowledge of RTP software, access control computers and gate operation (an asset);
  • Basic knowledge of the Office Suite;
  • Intermediate to advanced level of English;
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems;
  • Ability to communicate effectively;
  • Excellent customer service skills; 
  • Ability to adapt and work under pressure.
