COVID-19 update -  March 16, 2020  -

Dear Customer,

Following the Quebec government's announcement, the mountain is temporarily closed until March 30. We are monitoring the progress of government requests and will assess the possibilities for reopening.

Several measures remain to be established depending on the duration of the suspension issued by the government. We anticipate a large number of calls and emails to customer services and ask everyone to be patient in following up on different requests and questions.

CLOSED MOUNTAIN

As long as the closure notice is maintained, the mountain remains closed to the public. The holding of activities on the Massif site is prohibited since it will not be patrolled. In no case will we accept that people frequent the mountain, the tracks and the off-piste, to indulge in activities, such as alpine hiking, snowshoeing, hiking, cross-country skiing, etc.

All facilities are closed including our chalets. For those who wish to recover their equipment left at the chalet, they will be able to access their lockers only once the ban has been lifted

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

We ask you to respect the measures taken by the Massif.

RESERVATION MOUNTAIN ACTIVITIES

Regarding reservations for mountain activities such as sledding, telefondue and snow school, Le Massif will contact each person to offer either a postponement or a full refund of the activity. If you are not contacted within the next 2 weeks, you can call customer service. 

SEASON PASS AND PRIVILEGE CARD

As the mountain is only closed temporarily for the moment, we cannot confirm the measures that will be taken. We are monitoring the situation and will communicate with the pass holders and privilege card holders once the decisions are made.

For all ticket holders purchased through the Ski Québec-Charlevoix program, please contact them directly with any questions at 1 800 463 1568

TICKETS PURCHASED THROUGH A RESELLER

For any ticket purchased through a reseller, such as Costco, La Forfaiterie, Air Miles, please contact them with any questions.

ACCOMMODATION
