END OF WINTER SEASON ACTIVITIES 2019-2020

Dear customer, pass holder, friend,

We have to face today the sad reality that rages everywhere on our beautiful planet.

Given the uncertainty associated with the situation of COVID-19 and the importance of securing mountain facilities and informing our customers as quickly as possible, we officially confirm to you today that Le Massif will end its  winter activities for the 2019-2020 season. The suspension of activities previously established on March 30 is now extended by the Government of Quebec for an indefinite period.

We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the great ski season we had. Thank you also to our many partners for your support throughout the season including Bell Canada, Sleeman, Coca Cola, Red Bull Canada and Rossignol. We must remember the beautiful moments, and look forward by being united.

SEASON PASS HOLDER
There will be no refunds or financial compensation for 2019-2020 season passes. These subscriptions were only valid during the 2019-2020 season and the season is now over by virtue of government ordinance. The length of a ski season can always vary. We are not responsible for weather conditions, and we cannot guarantee the period of operation. We are facing a situation of force majeure. Season pass holders have had access to the Massif for a sufficiently long period of the current season.

SKI TICKETS
Anyone who has valid ski tickets purchased at regular price during the 2019-2020 season may exceptionally use them during the 2020-2021 season at no additional cost. No refund will be issued since the ticket is still available for next season.

PRIVILEGE CARD
Anyone who has valid refills for their privilege card membership for the 2019-2020 season will be able to use them exceptionally next season until decembre 31th 2020 without any additional membership fees.

SKI-QUÉBEC CHARLEVOIX TICKETS
For all ticket holders purchased through the Ski Québec-Charlevoix program, please contact them directly with any questions at 1 800 463 1568.

TICKETS PURCHASED THROUGH A RESELLER
For any ticket purchased through a reseller, such as Costco, La Forfaiterie, Air Miles, please contact them with any questions.

RETRIEVE OF EQUIPMENT IN LOCKERS
Pass holders are also asked not to come to the ski areas to pick up stored equipment. The same goes for those who have rental equipment for the season. Ski lodges are closed until further notice

FORBIDDEN ACCESS TO THE MOUNTAIN
In these difficult times, we understand your dismay at ending your ski season abruptly, as well as your desire to continue to get some fresh air on Le Massif mountain. For security reasons, access is strictly prohibited. There is machinery in the slopes so we can shut down the mountain for the season, and conditions are deteriorating considerably as there is NO maintenance of the slopes. NO patrol is on site which makes you 100% responsible in the event of injury on our property. Paramedics are not equipped to carry out such evacuations, and the health system does not need additional cases in its network. THANK YOU for your full cooperation.
