These clinics will allow you to develop your mountain biking skills.
The beginner clinic will allow you to develop confidence and stability on a green trail.
The intermediate clinic will allow you to develop your ease in turns and in the air.
Beginner: 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Intermediate: 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.
All coaches wear the black Bikeskills Coach jersey.
Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can greet you with a mechanical check.
Daily mountain bike ticket required.

Beginning Clinic | Learning the Basics
This clinic will allow you to acquire the essential techniques of riding. Once you have acquired the proper stance and mobility, your progress will be faster, more efficient, and you will reduce the risk of injury.
You will love the group lessons! The experience and energy of the group will allow you to practice all the technical concepts taught.
In a green and blue field, you will learn position and mobility as well as the integration of essential braking and shifting skills. This course will allow you to be autonomous in your practice: climbs, descents and turns will no longer hold any secrets for you!
Your coach will be certified level I pmbia.org and first aid 20 h in remote areas.
Intermediate Clinic | Turn Modules
Turning (the bête noire of many cyclists) will no longer be a secret for you! Hone your skills to control flat and banked turns.
Intermediate to advanced level clinic in small groups. After breaking down the essentials of a turn and closed circuit practice, we focus on mileage and guided practice.
In blue, dark blue and black terrain you will consolidate the basics of positioning and mobility, adding angulation and rotation. This will allow you to maintain your trajectory in a path and have the opportunity to make a quick change of direction, with flexibility and flow! What could be more enjoyable than entering a turn with stability and exiting with speed!
Your coach will be certified level I or II pmbia.org and first aid 20h or 40h in remote areas.
