Twice rather than once travellers appreciate and delect in the rich cuisine of Chef Turcot. Under his mastery, lunch on the way there and a gastronomic dinner on the return journey offer moments of pure bliss.

With his brigade, Chef Turcot’s diversified menus are elaborated and composed according to the season’s crops and freshest arrivals, and always spotlight the savoir-faire of the region’s passionate, inventive growers and producers.

A Rail Adventure with local flavours, in two Acts

The taste experience receives a glorious send-off over a lovely three-course lunch. With the spotlight roundly resting on local products, menus show a predilection for variety and culinary discovery.

On the return trip, local terroir ingredients are showcased in a four-course dinner carefully elaborated by Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu Executive Chef, Patrick Turcot and his brigade. On the menu: Fresh and distinctive products brimming with exquisite flavours and aromas that are quite simply mouth-watering, making the selection of a dish from among those proposed a very difficult task indeed.
