NANCY BELLEY NAMED GENERAL MANAGER OF CHARLEVOIX TOURISM TRAIN

27 April 2007

Baie-Saint-Paul, April 30, 2007 — Claude Choquette, President and Director of Operations of Groupe Le Massif, happily announces the appointment of Nancy Belley as General Manager of the Charlevoix Tourism Train.

Ms. Belley has more than 10 years of experience in railway operations, mainly with Société des chemins de fer du Québec Inc., where she served until now as General Manager of its Chemin de fer Charlevoix subsidiary. Ms. Belley also boasts a varied background in human resources management, customer service, establishment of procedures and railway safety management. She is known for her energy and her top-notch professionalism.

Société des chemins de fer du Québec Inc. is the partner of the Territoire Le Massif project whose track will be used for passenger transportation. “Since the time of our early talks with our partner regarding the hiring of a general manager to operate the Tourism Train, it became quickly apparent that Nancy Belley was the ideal candidate for this position,” says Mr. Choquette. “We are very pleased today that she has agreed to join our team to help us tackle the great challenges that lie ahead.”

For her part, Ms. Belley says: “I have been excited about this project since the very beginning and I was hoping to be able to contribute in some way to it while still with Chemin de fer Charlevoix. But destiny had other plans and I will now be able to put my talents to work at the very heart of the project, making an even more tangible contribution to ‘getting on track’ a tourism train linking Charlevoix and the provincial capital.”

Ms. Belley will officially join the Le Massif team on May 7. She will have the significant task of helping to position the Charlevoix Tourism Train on local, national and international markets. Her duties will include searching for and acquiring railway equipment, implementing the operational plan, establishing the programming and the marketing plan, and much more.

“We want the on-board experience to be gastronomic, educational, entertaining and, most of all … memorable,” Ms. Belley declares. With this in mind, she intends to work “full-steam ahead” to attain this goal in the coming years.
