The Le Massif Team is pleased to welcome all on-duty media representatives. Before completing your Visitor’s Media Form, please be informed of the following welcome services and policies:
Lift Tickets
Lift tickets are offered to journalists, photographers and film crews who are on assignment, and do not extend to partners/wives, children and/or friends. Travel companions do however enjoy preferential rates, as do media representatives who are not on assignment – Christmas & March Break periods excluded.
Food & Lodgings
Le Massif does not offer mountain accommodations. Partner hotels & restaurants are most inclined to welcome media representatives who are on assignment in exchange for visibility, and depending on availability & dates requested. Please advise us of your lodging needs a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to your visit, or contact Tourism Charlevoix, at 1 800 667-2276.
Mountain Assistance
Our team of media ambassadors is happy to accompany you slopeside, to help you get acquainted with the mountain, its particularities and its history, as well as guide you towards sectors which might be of particular interest to you.
For safety reasons, on-slope motorized transportation is avoided. If your visit requires the use of a snowmobile, please advise us a minimum of two (2) weeks in advance, for your request to be duly considered.
Meals, Equipment Rentals & Slide Lessons
Complimentary ski, snowboard or telemark equipment, and Beginner or Perfect Turn Lessons are offered to media representatives who are on assignment, depending on availability & dates requested. Your noontime meal is also included, so that you may fully savour our gourmet cuisine. Please do note however that the above services do not extend to partners/wives, children and/or friends. Travel companions do however enjoy preferential rates
Photos & Footage
Please see our Photo Album at http://www.lemassif.com/fr/press.photos.asp and identify which images you would like to use, then contact us for high resolution formats and copyrights. Corporate footage is available on request.
We truly appreciate receiving copies of your articles, photos and images for insertion into our Media Archives.

This form helps us understand your needs and better prepare for your visit. Please complete & return it at least two (2) weeks prior to your visit, so that we may process any/all of your requests. Freelancers are asked to forward a copy of their letter of assignment to our offices.
