Back to list

Guitarist and singer songwriter Steve Hill climbed on stage for the first time at age 16.

During his rich musical career, he’s won countless awards including Vancouver’s Real Blues Magazine Best Canadian Debut Recording, and the Maple Blues Award for his Call it What You Will concert.

He has also shared the spotlight with blues legends like Ray Charles, B.B. King, Jimmie Vaughan, Buddy Guy, Johnny Lang and many more.

On his latest CD, Hill doesn’t satisfy himself with revisiting old blues favourites ? for a truly timeless essence, he incorporates a full range of musical influences, from rock and roll to folk and country.

Strong with his years of experience, this last CD reveals the rawest version of Hill ever, where fans discover a lovely musical maturity to his sound.
