Quebec City Spring Break

This March Break, Le Massif is unfurling a flurry of family activities to last the whole week long.

It’s the perfect time to explore the mountain with your kids, and introduce them to the joys of winter as they enter fun rallies and races taking place in Le Massif’s enchanting setting.

Two bands will also be climbing on stage at the Summit Pub:

  • Saturday, March 3: BackCountry Party with Gil et Gang gors Country
  • Saturday, March 10: DJ Poirire with Boogat

Après ski performances promise to be extremely festive! Spring Break at Le Massif – Carving out wonderful family memories!

SPRING BREAK MEANS…

A GPS RALLY

Hop on your skis and join a GPS Rally, and discover some of the Mountain’s lesser known hiding spots. In partnership with Arbraska, this rally is designed with families in mind. Registration & GPS Pick-Up at Summit & Base Chalet Guest Services.

A SPRING BREAK QUIZZ

Get your copy of the free Spring Break Quizz at our Ticket Offices & Guest Services when you arrive. The kids will have a ball with the drawings, meeting the challenges and finding answers to the questions. Once they’re done, drop off the last page of their quizz in the box located at the summit and base Guest Services desks, and try their luck at winning one of several prizes.

SUGAR SHACK FUN

Spring is around the corner and the sweet aroma of maple syrup cooking off brings to mind the season’s warm sunny rays! Get some sweets for the sweet - heavenly maple taffy bars are on sale at the Jardins du Centre booth, at the summit.

  • From March 3 to 11;
  • 11am – 4pm;
  • Summit of the Mountain.

BACKCOUNTRY PARTY

Tug on those cowboy boots, slip into your chaps and grab your ten-gallon hat as you sign up for our après ski line dancing lessons at the Summit Pub! And why not enter a Top Cowboy Hat Contest or…show off your skills on our mechanical bull!

IGOR’S TREASURE HUNT

Once long ago, a wicked witch by the name of Fénomène was chased off Le Massif by our friend IGOR, and at last it became an absolutely perfect mountain… Wicked witch Fénomène has now returned to cast an evil spell on IGOR, and we need your help to save IGOR from danger…

  • Free;
  • Monday, March 5 & Friday, March 9;
  • Groups of kids accompanied by an adult;
  • Registration: Treasure Hunt Table - Summit Chalet; 8am to 12pm;
  • About one hour; several departure times between 1pm & 3pm.

THE IGOR LE LIGUORIEN RACE

Are you faster on your skis than IGOR? That’s what we’ll find out at this event when the Mountain’s smallest skiers and riders challenge the biggest one of all - IGOR le Liguorien! On a specially set up race course in the Donald Bouchard Beginner Area, kids are sure to have a blast racing against their parents and friends. 3 categories: Girls, Boys & Parent/Child.

THE SLEEMAN SHOW

Sleeman is inviting you to attend one of the biggest après ski parties of the season - with DJ Poirier & singer Boogat.
