Located on Route 138, Laiterie Charlevoix has been preparing cheese since 1948.
In 1998, it became a full-fledged cheese Economuseum®, profiling the
discovery of the various steps involved in the cheese-making process.
Visitors are invited to see and learn about these assorted preparation
stages. Interpretation centre, antique equipment and product tastings
also available.
