Mindful of providing the same quality services to all our clients whether they arrive by the Summit or the Base of the Mountain, we will now be starting up Grande-Pointe Lift 15 minutes before the trails open. This way, all our clients will be able to make first tracks – regardless of their arrival point.

Circumstances beyond our control may however prevent us from respecting this pledge, such as lift slow-downs caused by technical or weather-related reasons, of which extreme cold, high winds and freezing rain.

Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday and during the two-week period of Spring Break (March 1 - 17), its tickets offices, cafeterias, boutiques, equipment rentals and day lockers will open at 7am at both its Summit and Base Chalets.
