Rodeling has arrived, here at Le Massif!

Please note that due to the warm weather experienced over the past few days, we find ourselves under the obligation of stopping Rodeling operations as of tomorrow evening, and this until the end of the season.

Back again next year!

A simply unforgettable sledding experience, rodeling offers both tall and small loads of thrills on a 7.5 km sled run, on natural snow. Come experience the pleasures of rodeling, on our specially designed trail on Mont à Liguori.

Two packages are featured for discovering a sport that’s all the rage in Europe. Departures take place from the Summit Chalet only!

Classic Rodeling Package

Classic Package: Cat-taxi ride to rodeling trail head.

• Duration: About 2 hrs.
• Cat-taxi transportation from Summit Chalet to rodeling trail head
  
• Four daily departures: 8:30am, 9:30am, 1:30pm and 2:30pm (Please present yourself 15 minutes before departure)
• Includes: Sled & helmet rentals; cat-taxi transportation; break (juice); 7.5 km guided descent; return gondola ride to summit.
• Rates:
  
  • Adults (18+) : $29,95;
  • Students (10-25, with ID): $24.95
    

Authentic Rodeling Package

Authentic Package: From start to finish, it’s an all-natural experience! Strap on your snowshoes for a one-hour (1hr) run from the ski area summit to the rodeling trail head…

• Duration: About 3 hrs
• One daily departure: 10:45am (Please present yourself 15 minutes before departure)
  
• Includes:
  
  • Sled, helmet & snowshoe rentals;
    
  • guided snowshoe run to rodeling trail head;
  • lunch break (hot soup);
    
  • 7.5 km guided descent;
    
  • return gondola ride to summit.
    
• Rates:
  
  • Adults (18+): $34.95
  • Students (10-25, with ID): $29.95
    
    

Equipment

Choose from two types of sleds:

• Traditional - seated position

• Hammerhead - lying on stomach, head-first position.

Dates of operation

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Due to the sled run’s natural snow surface, dates of operation (see calendar above) are subject to change without prior notice
in accordance with weather and trail conditions.

Prerequisites:

• Minimum age required: 10 years
• Minimum 4 – Maximum 15 persons per departure.
  
• Helmet mandatory
• Please make sure to dress warmly – you’ll be spending 2 to 3 hours outdoors! That includes: Warm boots, dry thermal/wool socks, waterproof pants, thermal underwear, winter jacket, hat, scarf, mitts, helmet & goggles.
  
  

Reservations

Reservations required. Advance bookings recommended for guaranteed departures. Please call: 1 877 536-2774. Activity fees must be paid in advance to confirm your reservation date.

Weekday departures available for groups of 10 persons+ with 72-hour advance reservations.

Accepted methods of payment: Visa – Master Card.

Reservation Changes & Cancellations

All changes and cancellations must be carried out by telephone: 1 877 536-2774. Cancellations occuring within 72 hours of the activity date incur a $10/person administration fee.

However, the activity may be re-scheduled to a later date within the same season, at no extra charge.

No refunds for late arrivals, or for particpants who do not present themselves for the activity.
