The Farm: The nerve centre for all Le Massif de Charlevoix's public, cultural and commercial activities.

Erected on the very site where the Ambroise-Fafard Farm once stood, which was completely gutted by flames in 2007, the hotel with its 150 rooms embraces a pavilion approach reminiscent of its farm heritage. To accommodate visitors are five pavilions of contemporary design, presenting different shapes and forms in harmony with the other farm buildings. Nestled on farmland near the very heart of downtown Baie-Saint-Paul, its respectful integration into its surroundings earmarks it as the most urban of the project's three environments.

The hotel and its 150 rooms reflect a minimalistic yet sober approach and feature superior lodgings. Also on site are a railway station, a lively public square, a multifunctional venue accommodating up to 500 guests, a restaurant, a spa, as well as a market. In short, it offers a full range of infrastructures created in synergy with the world, and with its agricultural setting. Guided by an environmental vision that favours geothermal energy among other green practices, The Farm will be a place for locals and visitors alike to meet and exchange.

Lastly, travellers wishing to explore this multi-resource setting will be able to do so on a stopover at the future railway station. In perpetual motion, the station will welcome train passengers travelling the Québec City – La Malbaie corridor, as well as those on the rail shuttle between The Mountain and The Farm. A genuine meeting place, this site will be propitious for exchange and sharing, be it in the station cafe, in its boutiques or at its tasting booths.
