How does the recruitment process work?

To apply, visit our Careers page, browse the available positions, and click "Apply" to complete the online application form.

Once your application has been received, you will receive a confirmation email. Processing times may vary depending on the position and the number of applications received. Candidates selected to move forward in the process will be contacted by our Human Resources team.

Depending on the position, the recruitment process may include:

• Reviewing your application;
• A phone or virtual interview;
• One or more interviews with the hiring manager;
• Reference checks, if required;
• A job offer.

In most cases, an up-to-date résumé is all you need to apply. However, some positions may require additional documents.

Do you offer year-round employment?

When does recruitment begin for the summer and winter seasons?

Recruitment for seasonal positions generally begins a few months before each season.

Summer positions are typically posted starting in February, while winter positions are usually posted beginning in August. We encourage you to check our Careers page regularly, as new opportunities may be added throughout the year based on our staffing needs.

Do you offer internships or student jobs?

Yes! Depending on our needs, we offer internships and student employment opportunities throughout the year.

Do I need to have all the required training before applying?

Not necessarily. Some positions require specific training, certifications, or qualifications, particularly for mountain operations roles such as ski patroller, hiking guide, or ski instructor.

The requirements for each position are outlined in the job posting. If you do not yet meet all the qualifications, we still encourage you to apply.

Depending on operational needs, Le Massif de Charlevoix may provide or facilitate access to certain training programs. Our Human Resources team will be happy to discuss the available options with you during the recruitment process.

Is there a minimum or maximum age to work at Le Massif?

Le Massif de Charlevoix welcomes candidates of all ages and backgrounds. There is no maximum age to work with us.

The minimum working age is governed by Québec labour standards and may vary depending on the requirements of certain positions.
