Working at the Mountain

At the Le Massif ski station, whatever your position, everyone has distinct advantages, including:

Welcome & integration program
Help with carpooling, lodging, etc.

What’s more, all employees who have completed 100 work hours or more benefit from a season’s pass and two complementary ski tickets. After completing 250 work hours, employees receive a family season’s pass.

Certain employees (depending on status) will also receive various service discounts (cafeteria, daycare, boutique, repairs, Snow School, etc.). Other items and services such as work uniforms and equipment rental are provided, depending on employee position and status.

Le Massif also gives employees managers the possibility of contributing to their RRSPs. Similar benefits are planned for the inn, spa and other forms of alternate lodgings teams.

Other teams (upper management, management, sales and marketing teams) enjoy other advantages adapted to their realities.

Working on the Train

Railway personnel benefit from collective insurance, RRSPs and other savings and investment programs.
