Mandate - Job Summary
The volunteer reports to the Event Coordinator and must accomplish operational tasks for guest services, onsite entertainment and set up for activities in process of deployment.
Optimize Pre-Event Set-up & Event Flow
- Install event decors, props;
- Pre-event, pre-activity set up;
- Welcome various interveners onsite, and meet their needs;
- Ensure schedule is respected throughout event;
- Ensure participants respect rules and regulations.
Qualifications
- Spoken English
- Capable slide sport enthusiast
- Valid driver’s licence
- Ability to work outdoors
